A charitable organization was established in 2000 by Chuck Cloud and the Chuck Cloud family.

The Cloud Family Private Foundation improves human welfare and the natural environment by supporting programs in hunger relief, human population stabilization, preservation and restoration of natural ecologies, and related educational activities.
